We get asked a lot of the same questions here at Soccer Weekends, questions which can be answered simply and more effectively online than by phone, email or post/fax. Because of this, we have listed below the most common questions we are asked and the answers to each of them:

Are the prices per person?
Yes, all prices listed on the website are per person.

Can we extend our stay?
Yes, extra nights are available for all packages and the additional cost is highlighted in the package details on the site.

When will we receive our Match Tickets?
Match Tickets (with the exception of overseas packages) and Vouchers will be sent out approximately 10 days prior to the event. For matches overseas the match tickets are left at the hotel for your collection on arrival.

Do the packages include travel?
No, our packages are based on hotel and ticket only. We recommend using one of the Low Cost Airlines on the internet to arrange your travel.

Can we arrange Match Ticket Upgrades?
Yes, all our packages are based on Category Two Match Tickets, should you wish to upgrade we will be happy to provide a quotation.

Are packages available for Non UK Residents?
Yes, as we do not provide travel our packages are available to supporters worldwide.

Do you Offer Child Discounts?
Yes, generally when a children share a room with two paying adults we can offer a child discount.

Do you Offer Group Discounts?
Yes, our Corporate Group Department would be happy to provide a quotation which will offer a discount for parties of 10 plus.

Do you Offer Packages for UEFA Champions League Matches?
Yes, should there be a specific fixture you are interested in please contact our Office and we would be happy to supply details.

Can you arrange a Supporters Package for Others Teams not listed on your site?
