Our Packages

  1. What is included in my package?
    All our packages include accommodation for either 1 or 2 nights and Official Match Ticket or Hospitality Tickets.

  2. Can I add extra nights?
    No problem, prices for extra nights are shown on the package page. Simply enter the number of extra nights you require on the booking form and we will do the rest.
  3. Is any travel included?
    In order to provide flexibility, we do not include travel within our packages because experience tells us that clients prefer to make their own arrangements to suit their specific requirements.
  4. Are transfers included?
    No, but this can be arranged on request. We can also provide helpful advice on the best ways to travel from the airport to your hotel. If you need assistance regarding this, please call us.

Booking / Availability

  1. Can I just purchase just the match ticket without accommodation?
    Sorry, but we do not have the facility to sell tickets without accommodation on this site but we do offer Hospitality Packages without accommodation on our sister website at

  2. How do I know whether a package is available?
    This site is updated daily therefore if the package you select shows that it is available, you are guaranteed tickets and accommodation. Should your preferred package show as sold out, we can add you to our waiting list so that we can contact you should we receive any cancellations. Cancellations will be offered to those on the waiting list on a 'first come' basis.
  3. Can I make a booking over the telephone?
    You certainly can ... simply by calling us on 020 8943 5378 (00 44 208 943 5378 from overseas).
  4. What should I expect after making a booking?
    Once you have made a booking online you will receive a notification advising you that we have received your booking request. We will then process your booking and post you a confirmation letter outlining your package details (travel dates, hotel name, and ticket package) and enclosing your invoice.
  5. Ticket Delivery – Premier League
    All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Guaranteed/Special Delivery
  6. Ticket Delivery – Spanish La Liga / Italian Serie A
    Tickets are generally delivered to your hotel for your collection on checking-in. On some occasions we receive the tickets in the UK to forward by Special Delivery.
  7. What happens if I wish to book a package as a gift or for someone else?
    No problem, we can book the package under your chosen name and have all the documentation sent to your billing address.


  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card/ AMEX / Cheques and Bank Transfers.

  2. Are there any extras to pay?
    No, the price quoted is guaranteed will be the price you pay.
  3. Are there any taxes to pay?
    All UK taxes are included in the package. However, some Spanish hotels are now charging a city tax which is payable on departure from the hotel. You will be advised if this is the case.
  4. Are your online payments secure?
    Totally, all our online payments are handled by Sage Pay 3D Secure Payment System


  1. Are your tickets Official?
    Yes, we only sell Official Tickets/Hospitality with our packages.

  2. Where are the seats located?
    Seat locations can vary from game to game but we provide seating plans for each club on the product pages that will provide an idea of where your seats will be allocated.
  3. Can I upgrade our seats?
    Yes, this is not a problem providing an upgrade is available at the match of your choice. To enquire about this please call or email us.
  4. Will the seats allocated be together?
    We guarantee seats will be together for a booking of four or below. Bookings over four may still have the option of being together and, if requested, we will always endeavour to supply tickets for seats that are next to each other. If you have any questions about this please call or email us.
  5. Kick Off times?
    Kick off times are beyond our control and can change after your booking has been made. We strongly recommend that you confirm kick off time on arrival in your destination city. If you have any queries about this, please call or email.
  6. Can the fixture date change?
    Yes, fixtures are subject to change due to television coverage and participation in various cup competitions.

    For Spanish La Liga Packages we normally receive confirmation of kick off date and time approximately 2 weeks prior to the fixture weekend. For this reason we would recommend that you book your accommodation from Saturday to Monday as a minimum to take this into account.
  7. What options do I have if the fixture date changes?
    Should your chosen fixture change, we will endeavour to switch the accommodation at no extra charge to yourself to cover the date change.

Travel Documents

  1. When do you send travel documents?
    Approximately 2 weeks prior to the fixture date.

  2. What should I expect to receive?
    You should expect to receive your match tickets or ticket voucher, hotel voucher, itinerary and details about your hotel.
  3. I have bought the package as a gift for someone else, is it possible to receive documents earlier?
    We are more than happy to send provisional vouchers should they be required for a gift, although we are unable to send out the final vouchers until approximately 2 weeks prior to the match fixture.


  1. Can I choose my own hotel?
    Should you have a hotel preference please insert in the Information Box on the booking form and we will do are upmost to satisfy your request.

  2. Can I choose the type of room I prefer?
    Yes, simply select your preference on the booking form and we will do our best to comply with your request.
  3. Do you offer family rooms?
    Yes, in most cities we can offer family rooms but these will are only available if requested and are subject to availability.
  4. Does the accommodation include breakfast?
    Yes, all our packages include breakfast.
  5. Can I upgrade my hotel room?
    Yes, this is not a problem providing an alternative room/s are available. Please call us on 020 8943 5378 and we will be pleased to advise you of your options.

Changes by you/us

  1. Can I change the names on the hotel booking?
    This should be no problem but is subject to the booking conditions of the individual hotels.

  2. I can no longer travel on the date booked?
    Unfortunately, all packages are non-refundable once booked but we will endeavour to switch your booking to an alternative package subject to availability. However, it is important to read our cancellation charges in our Booking Conditions.
  3. The date of the fixture has changed can I change our travel dates?
    Yes, this is not a problem although changes are subject to hotel availability on the new dates.
  4. The date of the fixture has changed and I cannot make the new date?
    Should the date of your chosen fixture change, your travel dates will be changed at no extra cost to cover the revised date. Should you be unable to attend the new date we will offer you an alternative package subject to availability and within the same price category.
  5. Can I change our hotel?
    This should not be a problem but is subject to individual hotel booking conditions and additional charges may apply.

  1. Do you offer any last-minute special offers?
    Yes, please enter your email address and team preference within the email subscription box on the home page to receive details of our Special Offers.

  2. Do you offer a child discount?
    Yes, subject to the availability of a family room, we offer a £25 discount per child sharing a room with two full paying adults (subject to a maximum of 2 children).
  3. Do you offer a group discount?
    Yes, discounts can usually be arranged for groups of 10 or more. Please contact us via the enquiry page and we will be pleased to provide a bespoke quotation tailored to your specific requirements.
